Hey, erm... today I had to get my weight and height checked P.E. I'm 5'5 1/2 and 99 lbs, but during the summer I was 105 lbs. How did I lose 6 lbs... >.< I don't get how the freak I lost the weight, I mean I don't exercise at all and just sit in front of the computer all day... I want to get back to what my weight was before but then I can't eat a lot because my metabolism or whatever doesn't make me weigh more if I eat a lot. If I do eat liek a lot and I mean liek huge mongo a lot, the most I will get out of it is liek 1 meezly pound after a week of eating a bunch of junk. It's so stupid... So here's my question, how do I get my weight back that I lost?

Okay, I have a question and its going to seem really nasty but here goes. I was wondering if its normal for you to leak out some gooey stuff during your period, its like a big glop of goo. I've had it for so long but I have no idea what causes it. I want it to go away, its mainly because of that stupid glop of goo that it would leak onto my pants while wearing a pad.

Ohh, I thought I was the only one that had it. I asked my friends and they never have it since their flow isn't as heavy as mine.

I wear regular pads and would have to change it every so often because of that weird stuff.

i know that stress can cause you to have your period late, but does lack of sleep?

i've been getting on average about 2-5 hours a night during the week because i'm overworked with school

i've always been overworked with school though, and i've always slept pretty late
o_o i'm kinda worried because i don't want to randomly get it during school or something.

i don't know what my problem is but i get my menses only after about 5 months or so?? is there a problem? i think there is, but the BIGGER problem is that i don't know WHAT causes this irregular cycle..

life with/without it is the SAME. so i don't really see what's wrong with me that causes this

i was wondering if anyone uses any feminine cleansing products coz sometimes it makes u feel cleaner esp during ur period....but is it really safe to use? coz my mom says we shouldn't use any products for our private parts.....thanks alot

I get that too. I usually get cramps before the big clot of gooey blood comes down. My mom calls it blood clots. Iono if that's what they're really called.

I don't but I know my mother does. You're actually not supossed to use any type of cleansing products down there except for water and even then, it isn't supposed to enter the vagina. Those feminine cleaning products can lead to vaginal infections like yeast infections and vaginal dryness.

Just let your body do it's own job.

1. Ice Cream+ Period...

Does it make your period stop and then start again?
When ever i eat ice cream my period gradually stops for like 3-4 days
And then starts REALLY REALLY heavy and last for like... another week.

I said that I was going to try tampons now.

Are you having sex with the tampon? No, so there's no way to lose your viginity. You can break you hymen but breaking your hymen does not mean that you have lost your virginity.

The only way to lose your viginity is by having sex.
