^ Yup, that's happened before. I'm not sure why but I think sometimes your period is heavier than other times probably due to stress/nutrition/etc. For me, it's usually heavy one month, light the next.

what kind of sports bra would you guys reccomend?

The strappy kind

or the ones with the wide strap?

My mom put my white ones in the laundries along with the colors and it turned a weird brown color unsure.gif

I want to try out different ones but I'm wondering which ones are more comfy

hmmm. I like ones that are like.. criscross.. I guess it's widestrap? I don't get your strappy kind. You mean like.. a sports bra..but has adjusting straps or what?
I rarley use sports bra now.. once in a while..

LOLOLOL! I think the flow of your period is like..how big your child was.. or whatever. I bet you had triplets flyaway! Naw I'm keeding. That's what I do tell myself though.

^ You have hair on your arms, legs, pubic areas, and maybe fingers and toes. Your suppose to have hair on your face. That's how your face breathes, through the pores. Some people have lighter facial hair, and some people have darker facial hair. Really, it's not a big deal and women do not grow a beard. Well, there are women out there who are very heavy on facial hair, but I'd say 99% of Eastern Asians women do not grow heavy facial hair at all.

I hate to say it, but you probably should go to the doctor. Especially when you're young, it's not uncommon for your period to get messed up, but if you've been bleeding for a month straight that could have some serious consequences. Make sure you get lots of calcium, and maybe take some iron supplements, too.

Go to the doctor I would say that.Nsually normal periods ends like 1 week or 2 after it starts. You might have a disease(?) if you still have your blood period more than 14 days.

Well thats baise on what I have learned. smile.gif

how long does it last?
i'm like that two, on the second day of my period, it's mad heavy but after that it's considerably lighter.
just keep in mind that losing that much blood depletes quite a bit of iron, so make sure to supplement smile.gif

Not that I can think of offhand. Have you gotten any kind of steroid shots or anything in the last few months? A couple of years ago I had to get a shot for poison ivy and it completely mucked up my period for like a month. But if you haven't had anything like that recently, and it doesn't go away soon (or it happens next month!) I'd go see a doctor.

An exessive amount of stress can also affect your period.

i dont think it will if you dont use it too often..

but if it does, and since its only the bottom part of your hair -- you can just retrim it when it grows out .. but i dont think it'll be noticeable anyway =\

conditioner helps! -- i use pantene and thermasilk <-- those two really work!

I wish I was your someone.
