Or you can use warm towel.

I like putting my S/O's hand on my stomach when I've bad cramps, the warmth from his hand is more effective than Midol. Instant relieves. ^__^

today i finally decided to try tampons
ANYWAY, i got it in and everything, but it like hurts to sit down
so i figure i need to take it out and try again
but it hurts really bad if i try to take it out ;___;
do i wait until that one has absorbed as much as it can, and then take it out? or what? ;___;

^ Take it out! It's not supposed to hurt at all when it's inside of you. You didn't push it in all the way (that comes with practice).

Remove the tampon (it'll hurt a bit) and try again with a new one.

Um, I've never had any type of sex but I don't think you should swallow it. Semen won't hurt you but I'm sure it will in large quanities...? Don't swallow; spit it out.

yeah, i poured water over "myself" so the tampon would absorb and be less painful
and that worked
and then i tried about four more times... yeahhh not happening D:
so i am just sticking with pads. lmao. until the next time i feel daring.
maybe i had ones that were too big or something.. they were "super" absorpancy??

edit: yeah. i tried a normal absorpancy one. exact same thing. lmao. screw this, i'm staying with pads.

^ I haven't gone back to tampon since my experience so I sympathize with you. And yeah, it's best to try the smallest absorency first unless you're on your heaviest days or else PAIN when it comes out.
