I don't know if it's normal to get migraines, but it is normal to get headaches before your period. How bad are your migraines? Exccedrin works well.. but if your migraines are pretty bad, you can get prescription medicine from your doctor.

That's my waist size, too XD;
Hm, aerobics. Anything that involves cardio should work. If you don't like running, there's also dancing which, depending on the dance, slims and tones the thighs.

Well they're kinda bad I guess? Whenever I get a migraine I always tend to throw up a few minutes after I take medicine. I usually take Tylenol... I feel better after I throw up, but I don't throw up a lot... just a little bit.

Do you girls workout when you have your period?
My mother told me not to workout because it's bad for me O_O but I don't know what to do.
I heard that you should workout because it relieves cramps, is that true?
Will working out when having the red dot increase the volume it flows or stop it from ever stopping?
What should I do?
Someone help me out please T_T
Working out when youre on your period helps increase metabolism for some weird reason.

yes, its called PMS.
All i know is if you bi or tri-cycle your BCPs, you'll have them less (since you're having a period once every two/three months)

I have a cousin.
She has quite a pretty face.
Not oily nor dry. No pimples.
But recently, I saw her last week.
She has those tiny moles at her face.
One near the lips.
One near her nose tip.
One near her forehead.
And now she has pimples on her forehead too.
Is this got to do with puberty or what?
She told me she got that after her camp.
She's very unhappy abt it.

I doubt it's bad for you. In fact, exercise is supposed to help relieve cramps...supposedly.

Yes, it's true. But you might have to try a few different brands to find one that's right for you.

You should start getting them yearly once you're sexually active or reach the age of 18 (whatever one comes first).

You're supposed to get a Pap smear at 18... Or earlier, if you're sexually active before you turn 18. Whichever comes first.
And... I'm not sure when periods usually regulate, but I've heard it regulates around 2-4 years after your period starts. I first got my period when I was 14 and it started becoming more regular when I turned 18...

Maybe she got exposed to something at camp... Or maybe it was really dusty there, and it clogged her pores or something. My skin usually breaks out whenever I go to a dusty place or a place where the water's not that clean. Sometimes I get pimples whenever I go swimming at the beach. T_T;; My skin's pretty sensitive... -.-;;
Maybe something just irritated your cousin's face, which caused it to break out.
