Same height and weight!
I'm all skinny and I like it.
But, so short is the problem.
I'm always the one who sits at the very corner in my class photos.
Maybe it's bcos I dun eat alot?

hey girls,

you know BC pills, well the instructions of mine said to take it at the same time everyday - that's it. my question is: is it better to take it at night or morning? does it even matter?

right now i take it at night since it's the only time i know i'll be home everyday to take the pill.

doesnt matter night and day

i take it at night too, before I go to bed, easier to remember

do you guys know what i can do if i have my period and i have to swim, but im allergic to tampons..?
sad.gif i have to take a swimming class...i dont know if you can be excused for that..

it might sound pretty.. disgusting. but my coach used to tell our team to just swim if we couldn't wear a tampon. because you stop flowing in the water o_o but when you get out of the water, make sure you have a towel with you. it takes me a few minutes until i actually start flowing again.

I've been thinking about this for a while (since my first thong back in '03). For the girls that wear thongs, do you notice that your farts are usually silent when you wear them?

I dont think i could even think about asking my friends this lol.

Its like a fart filter...

While we are on the topic on tampons...
I've been wanting to try tampons since pads are really uncomfortable but (i hope i don't sound dumb) how far do you put it in? I'm afraid I may accidentally put it in too deep or not in enough.

if it comes with an applicator (which most tampons do), put it in as far as the applicator will let you, and thats usually the best...its not really possible to put it in too far.

Girls, I've got question... I want to make my upper eyelid show but I don't know how. My sister tried to put make up on me but it didn't seem to work? Upper eyelid is natural, just need to think of a way to pop it out.

i have a question, how old are you??
well, when you first get a period, it would stop for couple of months, just like what happened to my friend.
eventually, it doesnt mean your pregnet girl.. because you period doesnt come as often...
for the safer way, is ask your doctor, maybe he/she have more explanation

Hey, BunnieButt! You're in luck because I just saw my doctor about irregular periods (and my periods are WAY more irregular than yours).

She said she's not worried, because it's normal. The only thing that you might want to check for is PCOS or glucose intolerance. For that, you'll have to take a blood test and/or a sonogram of your ovaries. Both problems are relatively easy to fix: glucose intolerance is basically pre-diabetes so just decrease your refined sugar intake, and PCOS can be regulated with a pill (in an extreme case you might need surgery, but yeah). Still, you're very young so it's normal for your period not to be settled. Rest assured, it's very common nowadays!

They're the same, but it's the reason why they happen that's different.
"getting wet" is through arousal. discharge is the way your vag1na cleans itself.

Does discharge happen particularly often for you girls (like everyday)? I always have to wear a pantyliner because of them now.

it's normal.

It is your body's way of keeping your vagina healthy and clean.

Yeah, I know, it sucks sleep.gif

Different Types of Discharge

White: Thick, white discharge is common at the beginning and end of your cycle. Normal white discharge is not accompanied by itching. If itching is present, thick white discharge can indicate a yeast infection.

Clear and stretchy: This is "fertile" mucous and means you are ovulating.

Clear and watery: This occurs at different times of your cycle and can be particularly heavy after exercising.

Yellow or Green: May indicate an infection, especially if thick or clumpy like cottage cheese or has a foul odor.

Brown: May happen right after periods, and is just "cleaning out" your vagina. Old blood looks brown.

Spotting Blood/Brown Discharge: This may occur when you are ovulating/mid-cycle. Sometimes early in pregnancy you may have spotting or a brownish discharge at the time your period would normally come. If you have spotting at the time of your normal period rather than your usual amount of flow, and you have had sex without using birth control, you should check a pregnancy test.

A normal vaginal discharge consists of about a teaspoon (4 ML) a day that is white or transparent ,thick to thin, and odorless. This is formed by the normal bacteria and fluids the vaginal cells put off. The discharge can be more noticeable at different times of the month depending on ovulation, menstrual flow, sexual activity and birth control.

It is not uncommon for the normal discharge to be dark, brown or discolored a day or two following the menstrual period.

Same! I dun eat breakfast and during recess.
I dun eat until I get hungry or whenever I think the food is delicious.
I dun like eating my traditional food, I prefer Western ones.
------------------------------------
I had my first period when I was 13.
It went fine - it lasted for a week each period came.
Recently, I got it so short.
Like, 3days and then everything turns brown and little.
I know ppl here will answer, "It depends on different ppl"
But hmm~ Per chance, does it happen bcos of my diet?
My daily food would be donuts if there is.
And starve till dinner when my mother cooks soup dishes with rice.
In between them, I only eat chocolates - Fererro Rocher XDD
With carbonated drinks.
Basically, junk food.
I drink plain water for AT LEAST once a day. Usually, I only drink one glass before sleeping.

And, I found out on my face that there is a tiny spot which is black or blue-black.
It's really tiny.
When my mum sees it, she will say this "See?It reflects on what you ate!Have you seen ppl with blue or purple faces? Maybe you are going to have that! Look what you've done to your own body!"

I have a friend with small patch of blue-black on her face, but she was born naturally with it.
So, it's unlikely I will get that right?

My mum LOVES to scare me.
