THE WAY TO MEASURE THE RIGHT CUP SIZE YOURSELF WITHOUT GOING TO A STORE AND FEELING UNCOMFORTABLE BECAUSE THEY DO IT FOR YOU
1. take a measuring tape and measure around the area underneath your breasts.. so around your rib cage..

2. add 5 inches to determine your band size

3. measure around the fullest part of your chest

4. you minus the measurement you got in #3 with #1... that equals your size cup
0 = AA
1 = A
2 = B
3 = C
4 = D

etc..
now say if your band size is 34(29 + 5)... and the fullest part is 32inches... you'll end up with a negative number.. so just ignore it and your cup size is B
****ALSO****
it is WRONG to buckle your bra in the front then slide it around and wear it..
FOR BEST FIT slip the straps over your shroulders.. bend over to fill the cup then buckle the hook in back.. then you adjust the straps and etc...

does this really work? has anyone tried this and found out that it was accurate?

i dunno when i was doing the calculations and all mine says like a B 44?

when i'm already wearing a C 46 or 48 and it seems not to fit.

^ Doesnt work for me, it's better to let the proffesional does it.

The result says I'm a size 36C, and that size doesnt fit right.

I asked the Victoria's Secret employee to measure me, the size that she recommended fits me perfectly.

I'm not so sure and i don't know but...there's something i want to ask u girls....are girls suppose to shave/wax their private facial hair down there or not? do the majority of girls do tat or does it depends on how the girl likes it?

Uhm. Are you talking about pubic hair? "private facial hair down there" is rather a confusing way to refer to it, if so, since your face is not exactly in your groin area. Anyways, if you ARE talking about pubic hair, it mostly has to do with what guys like. A lot of guys prefer women with little-to-no hair down there, although there are a few who like their women with all-natural hair. Because of the prevalence of the male preference for no hair, most women do shave or wax, yes, and it is becoming somewhat fashion-mandated, but I wouldn't worry about doing it just because you "have" to, just like having to shave your legs/armpits. As long as you don't have visible hair straggling out under your bathing suit bottom, the only person who is going to care is someone you're having sex with, so you might as well just ask him what he prefers.

I would highly doubt it. The whole point of yoga is to stretch, and "buff" body parts are almost by definition not stretchable.

Lingerie specialty stores like Victoria's Secret are your best bet; if you live near or get to go to a large city there are probably local specialty stores as well. I know NYC has a few. The people who work in lingerie in department stores are supposed to be able to do it, too, but I'd try a specialty store first.

Lately, I've been worrying about my legs.. My thighs are getting humongous because I run to loose weight. I jumprope too..

I heard that dancing helps your legs get thinner. But I can't becase there's no one here to take me.

How would I get rid of my THUNDER THIGHS without STARVING myself.

As long as you don't live in the Outback, I'm sure there are lingerie specialty stores of some sort! XD Or department stores or something! it's worth a try at least!

Hmmm, that reminds me, I should drop by Vickie's and get fitted today....

no.. its just a slow form of exercise. its more toning than muscle building.
