1. take a measuring tape and measure around the area underneath your breasts.. so around your rib cage..
2. add 5 inches to determine your band size
3. measure around the fullest part of your chest
4. you minus the measurement you got in #3 with #1... that equals your size cup
0 = AA
1 = A
2 = B
3 = C
4 = D
etc..
now say if your band size is 34(29 + 5)... and the fullest part is 32inches... you'll end up with a negative number.. so just ignore it and your cup size is B
****ALSO****
it is WRONG to buckle your bra in the front then slide it around and wear it..
FOR BEST FIT slip the straps over your shroulders.. bend over to fill the cup then buckle the hook in back.. then you adjust the straps and etc...
does this really work? has anyone tried this and found out that it was accurate?
i dunno when i was doing the calculations and all mine says like a B 44?
when i'm already wearing a C 46 or 48 and it seems not to fit.
