I have a period problem. I've already had my period at the beginning of this month but I just got it 2 days ago again. It started out brown and now it's more red. It's light-ish and infrequent. I'm not sure what's going on. I think this is the first time happening, I'm not absolutely sure since I have extremely bad memory. T___T Should I check with my doctor?

For all you older girls, have you gotten your physical done yet? I'm scared to death, heard its rather uncomfortable.

I haven't had my physical since i was 13 sweatingbullets.gif I should call in for mine some time in the summer.
Oh yeah, uhm I know there was a thread about it, but did any one decide not to get the gardisal vaccine? my doctor suggested it to me, but im afraid to bring it up to my dad. Being a single parent and what not.

My doctor said that if you're not planning on messing around (a.k.a being sexually active) until you are going to settle down with the right man (a.k.a marriage) then you do not have to get it. It also costs ALOT to get that vaccination and it hurts ur muscle when the vaccine goes in. It apparently a very painful needle to take. but yeah if you don't plan on having intercourse anytime soon then you should wait for an updated version of the vaccination. if you are sexually active then definitely you should get it.

LOL gardisal vaccine is suggested for all girls between the ages of 13..-25? Not sure on that but yeah IT IS EXTREMELY PAINFUL well no hella but like the first feeling when it is injected is ohh a pinch haha… after the needle is removed from the skin you feel it slowly kicking in to put it in words it feels like you just got punched 349857345 times in the same spot mm I only had my first shot .. I need to make an appointment for the second one which I heard is even worse i am not trying to discourage you to take it im jsut giving you a warning it hurts like punches and then it gets sore so when you stretch out your arm it feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeels gooooooooooooood :]

for the girls who trim down there.. does it ever get really itchy when the hair is starting to grow back? it sort of pokes around in your underwear and it feels really itchy/uncomfortable?
is there anyway to prevent this? i want to groom down there regularly, but the itchiness of it turns me off.
also, how much exactly are you supposed to trim away and how much do you leave on? i never know what length to stop cutting at.
i hope my questions aren't too inappropriate lol!

i got it. its a series of 3 doses that is split up with the first shot-> 2months later another one-> 6 months later, the last shot.

it does hurt, but its to protect you from cervical cancer. very worth it if you dont want cancer.

My period is irregular and I'm really worried. I asked my mom but she
told me it's normal. But that didn't convince me so I decided to keep
note of the day I get it. So far, I have 3 months written down, and it
goes like this:

March 16
April 18
May 20

Why is it always 2 days late? There must be something wrong with me.

I was actually thinking of getting the Gardasil vaccine, but now that I've come into this thread, I'm scared. LOL.

Anyway, to the poster above me... your period looks fine to me. mellow.gif Just as long as they're not like, WEEKS apart.

if your not on BCP, being two days late is absolutely, completely, very normal. my period usually is a week off each month. so, you have nothing to worry about.

I wax from home about 80% of it and shave the rest. The area becomes sensitive for about a day but smooth for at least a week afterwards and I think it is worth it. Then I shave to maintain it. I prefer it completely bare, but if you just want to trim, use a regular razer to shave it (make it more narrow, cleaner around the edges, etc) and small scissors to trim. I guess it depends on preference for how long you should leave it.

It did get itchy at first, but once you start regularly shaving it, it does not get itchy at all- at least from my experience. I shave it before it gets long enough to become 'prickly'.

Milkfed, I've always wondered if those wax are safe when using it on the inner labia majora.. the part where it's like skin but is "smoother"
I would imagine that would be the most painful place to wax?
What's your experience like, if you don't mind me asking?
And I wish that we had never talked,
Our hips said it all..
