is there anyway to make "down there" lighter?
mine is so dark

Honestly, unless you 'get around'... then there really is no point.

Yea it doesn't matter. That area is supposed to naturally be dark, at least for Asian people, so it's perfectly normal.

So I shaved "down there" the other day, like two days ago? Just the bikini line and the part up top near my abdomen... It was fine until this morning when I got reeeeally bad shaving bumps and it's all red. It looks really icky, like a rash or something. Is there a reason the reaction was so delayed? Could anything else have caused the irritation later besides the razor? Maybe sweat from when I was working out or something. It doesn't hurt either, but this doesn't happen like this when I shave any other part of my body.

Did you shave opposite to the direction your hair grows? That's usually why irritation occurs... also I think it happens because the hair down there is thicker than say, your leg hair. I think there's some lotion you can buy to reduce the irritation, I think there's one from the Sally Hansen brand (not sure on this). Oh yea and sweat can definitely cause irritation too, from your clothes rubbing up against your skin (if you wore tight fitting clothing).

is it normal to have a period every 23 days for around 5 1/2 days...or do I need to see a doctor? huh.gif
I've heard/read that every 28-30 days is normal..

I get mine like every 22 days or something. It's not abnormal as far as I know because it's very consistent and I get it regularly. Nothing to be concerned about as far as I know.

You get used to it. mellow.gif I pluck mine when I have the time. smile.gif It hurts less doing it really fast.

LOL i see no one replied but i will blush.gif

yeah after my first time, i hated it. i would cry and feel so ugly and dirty and i wouldn't want my bf to even kiss me because i was afraid it would lead to sex again. the image horrified me....

and i guess it also really depends on the guy, i told my bf all the insecurities i had, and he took it very slowly... if i didn't want it, he'll finger... but i guess after a while, i just became more comfortable around him? i think the fingering really helped me.
but now i'm apparently 'horny' all the time -- my bf loves it. sweatingbullets.gif
i've heard that once girls have had sex, they'll keep wanting it. all my friends tell me that after they've had sex, and we all feel really dirty about feeling that way, but then again, it makes us feel ... loved, so i can understand where you're coming from.

unsure.gif

Thanks! I was actually going to repost that, but now that I have an answer, I'm good. smile.gif

^ Hm, jelly stuff? Is it thick? Or just gooey? I think it should be fine.

Mine does not stink unless it's during my period. I think there usually is a faint smell though. Is it strong?

^ You should pluck/wax them... but some girls just don't do anything and leave it there. It's your choice, but I recommend you remove it somehow. Shaving is easiest, but it can make your armpits dark.

1. It's discharge, every girl has it. Normal.

2. Mine doesn't smell like anything. o.o;
I'm curious to know because I've heard guys complain about girls smelling down there... eh and this might be tmi but my boyfriend said he was surprised that I don't smell like anything because girls usually do.

But fish/dead rat/shrimp sauce? Hahaha! Do you wash with soap there daily? You should! And wipe well after you pee.

Make sure the area is dry, and stretch the skin with your other hand when you're pulling on the wax strip, and Pull to the opposite direction of the hair growth. If you did all of these and barely any hair comes off, then maybe the hair is too thin or isn't long enough?
