I play chinese jumprope for about 3 years now and uhhhh....I think it difformed my waist structure(something like that). I mean, when I jump over the rope I jump over it on my right side because I'm right sided. And now, my right side of the waist is curved inner than my left side =3=

Ok so...
These past few days I've been getting really heavy discharge from my vagina.
Usually that's not a problem, cause it gets pretty heavy about a week or two before my period starts.
Except THIS time, it's REALLY thick and it's white.
Not see through white, it's literally white.
Could this be a sign of yeast infection or a UTI?
There's no burning, pain or itching.
It's just really thick.
I googled it but it gave me mixed results.
Btw, I am sick right now...so...I don't know if that could be the reason for it.

If the discharge whitish and clear and not alot, it's normal. That sometimes happens a day or 2 before you get your period.

If the discharge is white and very thick and there's alot, it can be yeast infection even though there's no sign of itchy or skin irritation.

i read in the recent issue of seventeen that u can regulate your period by eating more food that include ZINC - food such as- lean meats, nuts, and fortified cereals
