^ its ok since it is your 1st period. i remember my 1st period lasted for 2 weeks, but now (i've had my period for 3 years) it only lasts for 4-7 days.

Anybody have any advice for cleansing out & preventing the smegma? I try to be as clean as possible, but it just comes back (and it's not the most pleasant of experiences, because you can tell whenever you take a step or bend while sitting T.T)!! The only way I can "clean" it out is by standing in the shower and painfully "prodding" it out...

Smegma? I think only uncircumcised guys have smegma.

You probably mean discharge, and everyone has it. That's what is cleaning your vagina, you can't make it stop or "clean it out". Only wash the external area while showering, not inside.

eh .. my period is late t__t it's been a little over 2 weeks late now :/ im starting to get worried it has NEVER been late before D: i hear sometimes periods come late but i'm still a little worried is there something wrong with me? ;O i'm 15. {no,i'm not pregnant.}

^No. I waited for 2 weeks on mine, all for it to come IN THE MIDDLE OF THE 2nd WEEK when I've NEVER had it before. It may just take awhile...

i was kinda wondering... hope it's still a fairly ok question to ask you ladies but...... during sex.... how do you know if you're about to have an orgasm? like... what would it feel like? my friends tell me that it feels like you really have to go pee during sex before you have it.... T or F?

okay i just shaved down there
and i think i did it wrong?
i shaved with the grain (downwards) but i didn't get a clean cut
it's all stubbly and some of them weren't getting cut

what was i supposed to do???

after you shave downwards first, make you sure you still have lots of shaving cream on it to prevent cuts and shave upward. that'll give you a closer shave.

How can you tell when you take a step? You must be talking about something totally different since smegma is more of a cheesy kind of thing ... you wouldnt be able to tell at all if someone else had it, lol.

heard that before you have an orgasm, you will naturally know it is an orgasm. you feel like the end of world, so high... but i dont know too actually haha

Apparently in most ladies, the clitoris has large loose folds so gently washing away smegma is no big deal and thus, the pain does not come. But when your folds are smaller and tighter (me :/), the "cheesy"-like smegma that you're talking about tends to get trapped and over a couple of days turns into these hard kernel-like structures. And TRUST ME, you'll KNOW when you have those hard smegma pieces...it is VERY uncomfortable to walk.

I tried Googling for some advice, but the most I got was that if your folds are too tight to wash them away yourself, you can visit the gynecologist and they can numb your clitoris while expanding the skin and removing it that way. That's why I want to just do it myself....ToT""

If you're sexually active, go get it checked.

If you're not sexually active, don't worry. It happens a lot when you're younger.

how do you get rid of it?

^ Put acne spot treatment on it. If you can, pluck the hair out first.
