I am a small girl, and my boobs are kind of...well, a bit bigger than i'd like them to be. -_____-
Can someone give me some tips on how to like make them smaller or yyeah.
I started running just a few days ago for about 1hour+ and I probably plan on doing the banh sohk diet every thursday.
Any tips would be helpfullll.
i say...embrace them. i dont think there any way to reduce them other than surgery
i have, go to walmart, or any drug store and get one of those one week kits.

I thought I did, but it ends up to always be bacterial. I've taken one night kinds as well as five night cream. ....... prescribed by the doctor. It went away but came back after next period.

I just recently got my period, but it only lasted for 2 days.
and it was extremely light (light enough to only need a liner). I'm scared that I'm actually bleeding not menstruating o___o.
is this normal?
Life is too slow but it passes too quickly

then a few days later the actual period came

Okay, I think (i know) that I have some sort of vaginal infection.
Its probably bacterial (or perhaps yeast, but imo its bacterial).
I'm only 16 yet my discharge shows signs of infection.
The problem is.. I've always had excess discharge..
even in elementary I remember (perhaps in the 5th, 6th grade) I've had 'fishy smelling' discharge.
I'm not sexually active, I've never had sex.
Someone help me. I want to go to a gyno, but I feel as if its not the time yet. I should wait perhaps until i'm 18.
Anyone have a similar experience??
oh yeah.
I tried telling my mom about it, but she's not taking it seriously, rather its a bit awkward.
Yet she gave me these pills (because she believed that I had a bacterial infection) to cure it.
I've only taken it once. Should I continue??
(ps- this may sound really immature. But i've always had the fear of being sterile. Its like every female's worst nightmares to know that they can't have a child of their own in the future. So i've been pretty spooked with this abnormality in my vaginal area..
should I be worried?)
Since this is a girls thread, I anticipate that people would be mature and not see my post as disgusting.

Do you know what causes these infections? They're a pH imbalance in your vajay.
It's good to go see a gyno to get swabbed just to see if it's bacterial or yeast, so you can bake a bread with it. (jk!) Some ladies do have constant infection every month and it sucks, but the only thing you can really do is go back to the gyno when it comes back.
The pill can help out with bacteria, but if it keeps coming back it's just good to talk about it with ... your gyno. Lol.

If girls come to pharmacies (in Australia) and ask for thrush treatment, first question is have you had it before?
If they have, and the symptoms are the same last time when the doctor said it was thrush then we can offer treatment.
Also if you've had thrush more than twice in six months, it's time to go to the doctor.
If the discharge isn't a whitish colour, if there's odour, if there's pain, go to the doctor.
Some medications like antibiotics are also factors with thrush. It's generally caused by an imbalance in the bacteria in the genital area, so yeah medications like antibiotics, being pregnant, environmental factors can all "cause" thrush. You don't have to be sexually active.
So yeah... bottom line, I would recommend going to the doctor if you haven't had thrush before, otherwise (not sure how it works in other countries, but in Australia) go to your pharmacy to talk about what treatment is suitable for you
Also trying to avoid wearing tight clothing all the time, wear cotton underwear, avoid soap products in the area (ph-balanced washes like Cetaphil are good), particularly when you get thrush(-like) symptoms.

I am a first-timer at using a tampon. I tried to insert it so many times and wasted like a million tampons on unsuccessful attempts.
Like it hurts when you're suppose to push it in first. Maybe its to dry? Or maybe its too small? But it refuses to go in and it hurts when I try to push it.
I think im doing it right. but maybe something is wrong with me. Do you think I should go ask a doctor or something? How do you guys do it? help??
I really want to learn because tampons give people so much more freedom.

Angle is everything so I hope you're sticking it up at a 45 degree angle. And use a regular flow tampon, yep yep

Make sure you're putting it in the right place, too. XD
That was my problem. I was trying to put it somewhere that didn't exist.
It's further down/back than I thought it was.

yes, make sure its the right hole. and my suggestion is to not be too dry down there, like have some lubrication (blood) so that its not dry cotton going in, which will probably feel very uncomfortable.
if you go to walmart or target, im sure they have the "teen" tampons, where there are actually skinnier than regular tampons to help girls start out into them. i started with them and then transitioned to reg tampons so you might wanna check that out
also, when i put in a tampon, i generally kinda stand up, not completely though. that way, the tampon goes in better

best way is to follow the instructions that comes with the box!
sit down half way and relax... then u put it in
you'll know it's right when you don't really feel it when you set the tampon in there.
i would get the Tampax Pearl applicators for smoother application

Although it seems you won't need it anymore lol

I did a breast-self examination earlier to feel for any lumps (that was scary), but I didn't feel anything.
It is firmer though. Should I go see a doctor about it and get checked? Or leave it alone?
