when you are going through puberty, you tend to gain weight. its perfectly normal. especially, if you are around the age when you start menstration. as long as you are balancing meals and exercising then you shouldnt gain that much weight. you should go to the doctor if you have worries.

if you want to regulate your period, or think its irregular, you really should see your doctor. if you are worried about anything to do with periods, or birth control then go to the gynocologist. they may be able to put you on the birth control pill or patch, which can lessen cramps, and regulate periods.

my upper lip hair isn't noticable (at least i hope not) but i sure do when i look at it so i get self-conscious. but i know bleaching's not gonna work cause i'm tan and i'm thinking that if i wax it, it'll look lighter on that area. so.. help?

Haha, hair ont he upper lip. I agonized over that for such a long time. I don't think mine is REALLY noticeable... but I'd love to make it disappear if I could. My friend uses Nair, but I'm scared of getting a burned upper lip and having to go to school with it. Has anyone tried that before?

Hair down there... haha I just keep it neat and trimmed since I have no reason to make it anything otherwise.

for the upper lip why dont you try threading? i heard that its sorta like plucking, only more easier?

I don't knwo i kept reading on the old soompi that there was a certain bleach?

I'm not 100% sure but i think..there might be one.
