Has anyone had itchy nipples before? My left nipple is really itchy sometimes, that I've scratched it so much, it kinda has a scar on it. And its a lot more smoothed out than my other nipple. Its just really weird, and I wonder if anyone else has had the same thing happen.

i think its because ur skin is dry ther? try to use some body lotion or somethin. or try aloe vera gel hehe. feels good on the skin.

I take pills for my periods. They help a lot. If your parents are against it, Planned Parenthood is excellent about giving them out without a hassle.

I need some suggestions/advice

I'm one of those people who have possibly the worse skin ever (I have oily skin, acne AND black heads ) I've been washing my face daily and everything. My question: what should I work on first? (like what I'm saying is that should I focus more on making my acne go away, or should I focus on making my skin not as oily) Also, what products do you girls use to wash your face, get rid of acne, etc.

I used to have acne skin as well but it cleared away after i used proactiv. So you could try that as well. This is just my opinion acne is caused by hormon imbalance and ur body's inability to flush out toxins well of course coupled with oily skin then boom everything out on the face. I would say internal detox is a way like fruits and vege or you could be like me no matter what i eat or don't eat still the acne won't stop. Something wrong with me hehehe.. hormone imbalance more likely. of course keep your face shine free to keep ur pores unclogged is the first step in my opinion anyway..

My friend and her other friend had been using proactive, it doesn't works for them and I'm suprised that it doesn't. It works for me though.

It's good that your face is oily, so the pore can stop prevent acne.

I think that your digesting isn't good, you should focus more on what you eat. More fruits and milk the better.

lol.. i had the same problem, so i stopped trying and stuck to annoying pads, but once i actually used a tampon and i couldnt even feel it like they say in the commercials! lol if you get it right it shouldnt hurt and u shouldnt feel it at all.

Birth Control and Benzoyl Peroxide worked for me...the pills helps regulate my hormones and period. You can use oil aborbant sheets to take care of excess oil. I also heard recently that Vitamin B5 helps with stress and acne.

There was this girl that I knew who left a tampon in her for more than a month... I guess she basically forgot about that... *gasp*... she said that she smelled really funny there so went to the doctor and the doctor told her.. ummm wtf is this? She was so lucky that she didn't get sick..... I still can't believe that...

happened to me also...i just kept on having spotting and some period-ish discharge...and it smelled horrible...

...i had it in for almost a month or so...i forget...

...yeah, i went to the gyno and she told me i had a tampon in there...and when she took it out...HOLY COW IT SMELLED!! (so ashamed...but the gyno said she's totally used to it lol). then she put iodine all over my vagina...lol...that felt really weird.

I always do that when I feel I need to inspect my crotch.

I also did that when I tried inserting a tampon for the first time. Better & clearer view.

its the surgiwax for brazilian. it works very well but it hurts like ASKHAEIOGHSDKGNO@!

just dont overheat it (thats what i did last night...lol...i got wax everywhere).

its wax without wax strips or anything, u just apply it (theres also an oil that comes with it that you apply BEFORE the wax, so it doesnt stick to your skin i guess) and wait for it to harden, then kind of flick up an edge and RIP it off...lol.
