REF to birth control pills to control periods
>it is true that u can use birth control pills and other hormones (usu prescribed or taken with consultation of your doctor) but there are risks to some people i think with irregular blood pressure ...etc (u'll have to look it up if u are really looking into it.. _ _" sorry)
> but from what i heard this only controls it so that u can "skip" periods to some cases 4 per year. For many this is for convience sake or those with special health problems? the lack of mentstrual flow just lets the lining build up, therefore when u do have ur period it may be heavier and longer OR may even cause complications (as disruption of normal hormones/human cycles).
~*~ correct me if i'm wrong, and sorry if i'm wrong...
so if you think about it, writing it dwn or marking your first date on the calender isnt that hard is it?
>> but then i go swimming so its like i dont like to be caught off guard, but even if you're going to school or work, u'd like to be prepared rite??
~*~peace
Its not blood pressure, its blood clots, and smoking increases your chances...so esther...either quit smoking or dont go on the pills

lining doesnt build up (for example, depo-provera, most girls dont get their period at all), in fact, if you want to, you can take your normal birth control pills and just not take the placebo pills (for your period) all year round...it doesnt matter...they only have the placebo pills just for reassurance (so women know they're not pregnant).
