they're killing me. they're killing me. i was supposed to go to work today but i just spent all day in bed feeling like i wanted to die. i took a million advil and i feel better now, but boy, they took awhile to set in. they're usually not this bad -- actually, i rarely get them at all -- so i don't know what's up this month.

i never tell people when i have cramps, because not only is it embarrassing, it's just one of those things where most people will think you're exaggerating. it sucks.

My period has been really really heavy lately.

I have to change my pad almost every hour.
(Which is drving me nuts!)

Its weird because my period was pretty normal before
and it kinda changed all of sudden.

Is there a reason why?

i don't know, i don't think i could do that. today was an exception, but normally i have this aversion to taking pills... it's dumb but pills are pretty much a last resort for me, what i use when other remedies fail.

I should but I'll do anything to stop the pain. When I get full blown cramps (which I haven't had in years due to my regimine), I'm squirming, crying, rolling on the floor, vomiting, sometimes screaming...

Yeah..it sucks. I've been told by a teacher of mine that pills should be a last resort, that I should try tea and herbal remidies first but I'm too impatient to wait for them to work.

Okay for my last three periods, including the one I'm currently having right now, I've been having darkish discharge after my period is over. the first two times it happened once a day for two days, but today when I started my period before my period came..the stuff came out again but it came out a lot then my period came. I'm worried >< yes I'm sexually active but i havent had any in almost a month but yeah. Also, I have some weird lump in my right breast it hurts a wheeee bit when i touch it and my right boob is bigger than my left :/ I'm going to the doctor with my mom, but I wanna ask my doctor about the discharge but my mom doenst know I'm sexually active so i'm screwed unles i go to a clinic with my bf. x__O

i had a similar experience......i felt a weird lump in there....when i touch it it slightly hurts....got it checked up...and apparently it's a benign lumps (cyst) but can become malignant (breast cancer) any time.....AND what i felt was one lump.....but when my doctor did a check-up....she found like, several small lumps in each boob.....

yeah.....i meant lumps under the skin, it's in your boob(s)..... however, you don't see them protruding from under the skin....

but yeah......i was told about the cold stuff i can't eat during that time of the month.....no ice cream!!!! TToTT .....but tea??? i never knew that!! O.O ....wow.....no tea for me then...

hm.. did you just have your period recently? like within a year? if so, it's still normal for it be irregular.

If you didn't then it could be the cause of stressing out. Try staying away from fried and salty foods.. that should help!

okay this is rather embarrasing but, i took a dump today and i noticed when i was wiping myself up that there was blood, which is weird because i finished my period last week so it couldn't possibly be my period and there was no blood/spotting on my undies. so what could be the cause for it?

theres been no diet changes, no stress. i'm confused T___T

okai. recently my friend. tis isnt about me btw. she asked this guy she used to like to the senior social n at the afterparty, he n her startede pashing by the end of the nite, before he had to leave. she made the first move but she really confused about how she should approach him. i don't think he likes her personalilty. but i dun wana b the one that tells her to get over it, it was a one night fing.

& also. the guy i asked to the formal. i think im growing feelings for him. but he like my best friend, guy wise. i just helped him recently from his last relationship, n his ex still loves him & im friends with her. i duno y. its not lyk if i see him with another chix & get jealous. its jux i duno. could i be jux seein him in a different light or something. i was really worry that he wouldnt fitt into the group of guys that i hand around at sku. BUT I WAS SOO WRONG. they literally love him. could that be why i see him in a diff light. i duno.i really like the friendship i have with him and i don't want to wreck it or anything. im soo confused. i duno what to think of it. i'm not realli interested in havin a bf but havin someone there is nice. you know? if that make mini cooper sense at all.

maybe.....if your dump is too big for your bumhole, when it comes out, it might scratch the sides of the hole, therefore causing it to slightly bleed...
