Need help with video files

Hello, I am new here and I was wondering if someone could help me with this problem I am having. I downloaded a 140 something mb video but am using subtitles that were made for a 700 mb video file. I know I have to resync it, but I don't know how blush.gif I was wondering is someone could help me with it because I am very computer illiterate. Thank you and I really like this site. smile.gif

Subtitle Workshop
Go to Edit-->Timings-->Set Delay
hope u get it.
