how do I adjust the video size of something and save it that way? For example, I recorded something with my camera and the video size is big so how do I make the video size smaller so the size of the file is smaller? Can't explain it well, hope it make sense.

You will have to convert it.
Windows media encoder
Virtual Dub
Or try out pocketdivx encoder http://divx.ppccool.com/ its designed for pocket pcs... but it makes divx files from many different sources. You can choose PC in the beginning and set the resolution for the PC to whatever you want.
