my internet explorer will not stay open. When i try to download or view pages, IE closes automatically.
can someone help me?

Seems like virus / trojan / spyware / etc
I recommend scanning with your antivirus and using Adaware or such to pick up any loose ends....
Check your processes and startup to see if anything fishy is there.

so there isnt a pop-up box "Internet explorer has experience some problems. click OK to end program now"? hmm.. try reformatting ur com. i think there's some problems with ur settings. remember to back up all ur files before reformating..

since you just reformatted... update video drivers or download firefox or both...
