Photoshop has that one filter, filter unsharp mask that sometimes helps a little but you can't expect too much from it.

Can I use the filter unsharp mask if I download adobe photoshop? By unblur I meant like...if the camera shook in the picture...

nothing in technology now to 'un-blur' pictures. if pictures are blurred, they're blurred. sharpen can only do so much because the information of the picture is not there.

Basically thats it.
The whole sharpen tool is for minimal blurred images like when you have resized the image. Other than that, there's no hope.

is it a digital file?

get PhotoImpact XL. just OPEN the file and then click EFFECT and then click SHARPEN.

if it's an actual photgraph already that's been developed... then i dunno.

If you're really wondering how he (Tetra) looks...click; although I highly advise that you don't-- for your sake.

If it's a huge picture, simply resizing it (making it smaller) can make it look less blurry. smile.gif Photoshop's 'Sharpen' filter, as others have mentioned, can add to that as well.

I don't think you can do anything about an image that has been distorted by camera shake or if the image is out of focus. You'll just have to re-shoot if at all possible.
