DESCRIPTION:

Spent a few hours on VP2, my understanding of kanji and such isn't too good so I'm leaving it until the US release next month.

From what I've played though, game is good. Quite different from vp1.

VP1 was AMMMAZZINNG. I loved the whole weeping lilies thing, very beautiful. Story especially was great.

Finished the game twice in hard mode and had good fun with the Seraphic gate.

I honestly don't remember. One scene I do remember is Freya, Odin and Lenneth in a ruins and Lenneth was like telling Freya off or something. Had something to do with Lucian as well (I think Lenneth remembers him again?). I want to see the C ending lol, where you do so bad Freya comes to kill you X-D

omg ! thats soo awesome ! to think that this the psp version! it looks just like ps2's graphics . thanks for sharing ! , did you see the trailer for silmeria btw? VP2's graphics is like ps3's graphics sorta . pretty neat stuff =]

The battle system is more like Star Ocean instead of VP1.
The generic characters you get, don't really have a storyline, they're there for you to level up and 'exchange' for stats when you get them to a certain level. (unlike everyone in VP1)
Then there are those that are integral to the storyline and can't be sent up to heaven.

I don't remember how it worked in vp1, but the items you equip can unlock skills for you to use. I'm sure there're more, it's been a while.

there's a remake for PSP of VP1 called VP: Lenneth coming out on 18 jul.

and VP2 looks very promising, i love its battle style. it's visually stunning.
