Yeap...just like what the title itself said =\

This problem started after 5 days since I've downloaded visual themes and programs to tweak my computer's 'look', and since then..whenever I tries downloading a .exe file, something pops out and it says, windows application failed to appear because windows is restarting or something near to that... and at the end there's this .dll kind of thing ToT Did I do something or deleted something important from my pc? =\ And just now...I went to google.com and search for 'pc restarts itself after downloading a .exe file' and I clicked the first thing..and then, it restarted too, and I'm sure it's not a .exe file O_o What on earth is wrong with my pc T_T please help? =)?

maybe you should do a system restore or try to undo the visual themes you changed and hope that helps.

unistall it too while ur @ it

if u can't unistall in safe mode
