Business is the easiest degree to find a job and for easy money.
If you the Accounting major, you have no problems getting a job when you graduate, because there so high in demand aorund the world these days.
What business major were you thinking of doing anyways?
That's weird... i always thought asian parents encouraged their kid to do enter some field that involves business

FLIPPED cuz they knew i was going into college
wanting to be a pharmacist ... i think as long as i get my mba
and start interning early, it wont be hard to get
recommendations and find a place where id like to work at ^^

Personally I don't believe undergrad in business will really get you much. For business majors, the MBA is the key.
Actually, after getting an undergrad business degree, there will be plenty of job offers. If you get an MBA directly after your undergrad education, it'll be harder to get a job. Sure, you have an MBA, but do you have experience? That's really the key to getting a job in the business field.

I agree
Some of the replys on here were pretty funny.
You can find a place to work pretty easily with an accounting degree.
If you think starting at 50k is a low paying job, then kudos.
I think starting at 50K and making 75K within 3-4 years is pretty decent.
Before money, I think the most important thing is to find out what you like doing, then making sure you're compentent enough to do it. Just because your parents want you to become a pharmacist doesn't mean you should do it right?

what i learned is that it doesnt really matter what u major in... as long as u have a degree, it'll take u places. however, yes it would be good to learn business stuff in business classes, but u can also learn it first hand.. im already learning business stuff from the law office i work at
