I'm going for Hospitality Management.. but of course my main interest is Hotels & Resorts so let's just say Hotel Management. I applied to the best hotel management schools but in the end I ended up choosing Syracuse... Not known for hospitality management and definitely not the greatest program for it but they gave me free money so biggrin.gif

im attending ca culinary academy in SF. Although there are a lot of negative comments towards my school, I think you just have to make the most out of it. I like it so far.

i'll be attending the art institute of seattle. i'm going into culinary arts, but the only bad thing about this art institute is that it only offers the associates program... so after this school i need to transfer again to another school to get a Bachelors... but i dont even know what i want to get for a bachelors... =T tough decision, but i guess i'll worry about that later.

i used to go to a college where one of their top majors is culinary art. they let the students cook the dining hall's food and luncheons. they're not going to good to look at, but taste delicious as well ^^ Good luck and i hope to see you guys on a TV cooking show someday hehe

My friend goes to a hotel management school in Switzerland :] It sounds like they have very good programs for h.m over there, and very professional. She has to wear a suit to class every day o_o

Hey does anyone know about what to do for Hotel Management in University? (Ontario). For example, the subjects you should be good at (Please lord, do NOT say data management...) and maybe to go a little bit more in depth about what responsabilities and tasks you'll have to face after University T_T. Thank you ^.^
