Um, I can't not live without ice cream so generally I give myself one scoop of ice cream as a treat (if I finish an assignment or something).

i'm letting myself have SOME icecream sometimes though. because...who can't not have icecream, right? lol
i considered giving up rice for a couple months or so, but....yeah. asian - rice = nothing.

Sometimes I can't take it and eat a bag or drink a cup, but I don't over-do it.

-Bon Bons (french candy...SO GOOD!!!---I have 2 packs in my drawer....>.> better take those out and hide them somewhere...)
-Ice cream
-Cake!
-chocolate (i know....i'm crazy)
-donuts
-white bread
-and any other sweets
I've been inhaling GREEN TEA (detox ftw!! haha), and WATER, and also blended fruit juice
Other than that i just eat what my mom makes me 0.o---breakfast: varies from rice--> plain old sandwich with special filling from HEB (bacon + broccoli), Lunch: healthy hamburger my mom makes (hamburger bread + lettuce + pickled cucumbers + some kind of breakfast sausage/meat) or salad with italian dressing and I end it with a fruit. Dinner- haven't been eating dinner at the normal time recently...(eat around 5-6 instead of 6:30-7:30) and i usually just blend fruit, eat leftover rice-> fried rice!, rice w/ chinese dishes, rice w/kimichi, sushi
then for the rest of the night, I DOWN GLASSES of Green Tea while doing my hw....

but i'm having a hard time resisting cookies/muffins/pastries since there are so many Tim Hortons on campus (for those in Canada..)
really gotta try to give up those sweet baked goods! and exercise T^T

-munchies: pocky, chips, candy
- pizza (well the outside stuff but sometimes I make my own version of 'pizza')
- fried stuff like fries
- ramyun
- pastries/ cake
- unhealty but free lifestyle XD....goodbye to all the 'food' that keeps me company during midterm/finals!
PS. I'm never giving starbucks XD but I did limit myself 2 cups a week max.

I haven't really drank soda since middle school except for a few sips once in awhile. I drink mostly water and sometimes juice, tea or coffee. I really try to watch what I eat now. I don't really eat fast food unless it's In-N-Out, Subway or El Pollo Loco and I can't really remember the last time I had a burger from any of those fast food joints. I try to cut carbs. Only wheat bread and pasta now. I try to find wheat products for whatever carb items I buy. And I don't really eat sweets.
But I treat myself to a slice of cheesecake and some dark chocolate covered almonds once in awhile.
