i think that's one of the reasons why my best friend [who's a guy] said that i'm like a guy in ways (-__-)
i eat just about anything as well.
i'm a chubby girl, though, and i don't really care bout how fast i lose my weight or anything...
but yeh i took up kickboxing like in april for a couple of months and lost 15 lbs...
then when i stopped i gained a few,
so now i'm starting to lose it really slowly by limiting my food and just exercising lightly.

I Limit:
All potatoes
Amount of Pasta
Anything Deep fried
Pizza
Salad dressing

not on a diet really, but I gave up fastfood many years ago. Also I don't eat as much chocolate anymore (I'm a chocoholic btw haha), b/c my throat can't handle it. I have soda once in awhile but I'm trying to give that up.

I'm not really on a diet, but I am restricting how much I eat and I only treat myself now, not pig out :]]

- chips
- chocolate
- candy
- takeout
- "instant" food
- soda/really sugary drinks! juices are okay xD

ON a diet and gave up soda and fastfood. dont miss those at all. =))

also,
- any chips
- VERY limited chocolate (like a mini bar once 2 weeks or something)
- arificially flavored fruit drinks (i like to stick with milk, green tea, and water)
- white bread, white pasta
- candy .. (like i said, i'll have like a tiny piece every so often so i dont binge.)
- ice cream
- creamy salad dressings <~ ew
- pizza
- hotdogs
- hamburgers
- limited white rice

-Full cream milk
-Lollies

Haven't had most of these for agess, except some cake which I had for my friend's birthday today. Can't believe how much I used to gorge on these, it's sickening now that I think about it.
Now I use other substitutes like Nofat Yoghurt, Fat free soymilk (foul, even for someone like me who LOVES soy milk), wholegrain bread, brown rice, low fat cereal bars, a LOT of fruits and other tidbits. I find myself starting to become accustomed to these changes, actually.

I won't bother telling you what I gave up, because the list would be endless. So I'll tell you what I eat.
-fat free yogurt
-fruits excluding bananas
-brocolli and some other veggies
-minimal amounts of meat and fish (like minimal minimal)

hmmm that's about it and yes I am on a diet

basically anything thats junk. i've just stocked up on a bunch of fruits so I'm good to go smile.gif

i hate dieting. if only i could eat anything and everything without gaining weight sleep.gif *sigh*
trying a high protein diet now, it enables me to eat a protein bar as a snack if i feel like munching on something in place of a candybar or other sweets. and they're actually not that bad.

had to give up on cakes and pasteries. chocolate. any type of sweets and candy actually.
no drinks with calories (except for my soy milk)
no beef or pork. only chicken and fish
LOTS of fruits and veggies.
NO JUNK FOOD whatsoever (not a big junk food junkie but sometimes i do crave a nice big fat juicy burger >_<)
