I'm not really sacrificing anything, just limiting how much I eat and how much exercise I do.
I don't care about what I eat; it's mainly how I work it off.
But I suppose girls diet by not eating while guys diet by working out more?

i think that's one of the reasons why my best friend [who's a guy] said that i'm like a guy in ways (-__-)
i eat just about anything as well.
i'm a chubby girl, though, and i don't really care bout how fast i lose my weight or anything...
but yeh i took up kickboxing like in april for a couple of months and lost 15 lbs...
then when i stopped i gained a few,
so now i'm starting to lose it really slowly by limiting my food and just exercising lightly.
