hi, how do i post a pic/photo from my comp???? i know that u press that tree thingy when u post a pic from the net, and put the url in, but how do u post a pic from the comp????

You need to first upload the image file somewhere.

If its only temporary, you can upload straight to http://imageshack.us/ and it will give you the URL or IMG code.

If you're looking for more permanent storage, I would suggest Photobucket (http://photobucket.com/) - you can sign up for your own account there (Free!), create your own albums and folders etc, and there's plenty of space and bandwidth.

You can set the options to Display URL/Tag/IMG to yes, and then you can just copy paste the code into posts here.

For posting images, the code goes like this:

CODE

[IMG]http:// URL to your Image HERE[/IMG]

I'm pretty sure this is already covered in a sticky topic somewhere...
