Yes, Keita tried to hit some high notes he can't hit anymore in FRIEND.

..But have you listened to JOURNEY, yet? I mean, honestly. I thought he sounded awesome in Message. And songs like THIS IS OUR SHOW, Top Secret, and Crazy for You are completely different genres than FRIEND. And w-inds.' singing is different. And you can hear Ryo and Ryu a lot in THIS IS OUR SHOW especially.

Yes, w-inds. now have a different style from baby w-inds..

But I don't like how so many people are saying, "ahh I miss the old w-inds.!" so much.

I mean, okay, I get that people don't like the new style. but honestly, stop moping about w-inds. changing their style! They changed their style because they wanted to. They weren't forced to. They like their new style. They think it's more true to who they are.

And I don't think it's right for people to be complaining about their new style. I mean, yes, they can say they don't like it and stuff, but there are people ACTUALLY COMPLAINING about them.

It's not like they ruined your life, right? so people gotta chill! if anything, even if for only a little bit, w-inds. made your life better, right? with the music that you liked. so why, why why whyy are people complaining about them?

I think w-inds. might come to PMX next year instead of this year because that way more people will be able to make it. so it's not such short notice. but we'll see, I guess.

Anyway, I finally got done reading all the translations of Keita's blog! yay! His guitar broke...so sad. LOL. But he got a new one. =] I never knew he released a photobook...and he took shots in Italy. omg. I have to go find it. xD He's so cute too. Seriously, I think I'm in love with him again. Haha.

But I don't like how so many people are saying, "ahh I miss the old w-inds.!" so much.

I agree. I think everyone misses the old w-inds. but I think there's a time that we have to accept that they've grown up already. And basically, they mature, we mature. We have to move on, right? Honestly, I miss the old w-inds. mainly because I miss the major obsession I had for them. Maybe that's why everyone misses the old w-inds. My obsessions have move on (mainly to KPOP now) and w-inds. music has moved on to something more mature. Anyway, I still love them but that's all I have to say. No hard feelings. ^^

Anyway, I'm listening to their music right now. If you could make your own w-inds. "Greatest Hits" album, what songs would you put on there? I'm just asking this for the heck of it. Haha.

Of course, I would definitely put on Super Lover ~I need you tonight~. Honestly, Keita's "Hi, baby. Don't you know me? I need a Super Lover tonight," is timeless. This song made me fall in love with them. Forever Memories has to be on there. It was there debut song and it's incredibly cute. I also like No One Else Like You. OMG. Just thinking about it, I realize they have too many songs (especially with all those other songs on their singles). LMAO.

Kieta is dorky+funny (actually they all are) but I don't understand most Japanese, so I miss a lot--and I haven't even seen them on tv for a few years. >< I guess he's still worried about upsetting the 'adults'. lol It's funny that he still calls them that, but they'll probably still be the same to him even when he's 50. I can tell he's practically bouncing sometimes when he's happy. I hope he/they never lose(s) that feeling, either.

I know I commented about this in one of my other posts, but as much as some of miss the boy version of w-inds., it would be really weird if they did the same kind of music regularly (not just sometimes) as men. It's good to hear them sing some of their older songs, too--I want to hear them also, done now (--like DBSK still does Hug...like Super Lover or No One Else Like You)--but ONLY if they want to do them--I wouldn't want anyone to feel forced to sing something they are tired of just because some fans can be a little too demanding. I don't even know if they do sing the old songs once in a while. >.<

I was also wondering about Orange kun's brother--I've looked around for a pic of him for a long time--but could never find one, even by looking with his name in Japanese. I'm curious about him--I think I read somewhere that he's a model? Does anyone have a picture of him? Just a link is okay.

i can never quite understand why w-inds isn't MORE popular than they are now!!
i love them, i like how their music has changed so naturally and gradually i mean i love the System of Alive album, but if they still stuck with that kinda of poppy sound don't think they themselves will enjoy it nor would the fans!!

i mean since their voices are good, i mean well mainly keita's voice (coz thats all we hear) is maturing then they should try new sounds!! at the same time i love keita's voice, hes one of my top 5 favourite male singer, he can reach the high notes and sing live, but i don't get why they don't let Ryohei and Ryuichi sing more, because they can sing, i quite like ryohei's voice too!!
