A few times a year, me and my friends are holding a game party. Somebody brings their game console with him and then we play all day. It's kinda too long for me though, I get bored really fast hahah. The last game party was just a week ago. We played for a whole 9 hours.
Wii Mario Kart is awesome!

On top of that, I just came back from Video Games Live Concert here in Vancouver. (Hosted by Tommy Tallarico)
Almost everyone at that show was 20-30, even a few dozen 30-55 year olds. (And kids too.)
If you are unknown to VGL concerts, check http://www.videogameslive.com/index.php?s=home
He(Tommy) does it worldwide, so maybe they're coming to a theater near you! =P

i don't think xbox360 has many games targeted towards the younger crowd... i believe they have tetris and beautiful katamari. this is from what i remember while working at a game store. they may have come out with more since then. not sure.

I'd browse around Xbox live Arcade, there's some fun games there that don't involve killing people. (Geometry Wars, although difficult for young'ins and only single player)

I don't need to try .. I know so
Has anyone in here played Call of Duty? My nephew wanted Call of Duty 5, World at War for his Xbox, so I preordered it for him and just got a call that it's at Gamestop ready to be picked up. When I called my sister to tell her I'll be dropping off the game to him tonight, she gave me an earful saying that the game was too graphic for him.

I'd kinda think that games like CoD are focused more towards the older age group of gamers.

Older? Like 16 years and up? I don't know. His mom wants me to return but I can't say no to him. Can he still play with it if he's 14?
