I used to think the 360 would come in 3rd in this new console race, but seems like it'll be the PS3. Even alot of Japanese developers are expressing frustration with the higher costs and difficulties in developing for the PS3 while the Xbox 360 is relatively developer friendly. I hope to see Square jump ship with their major titles (instead of some crappy spin off) on the 360.

Oh and I'm a gamer for sure, even though I don't play as much as I used to, I still try to cop a new rpg when it hits stores because I collect them, I played in tournaments as well for fighting game consoles, not first person shooters because all the head shots in cs gave me trauma, hahah.

Capcom should just go and make a CVS game that allows players to switch out their fighters much like in MVC2 and KoFXI.

Yeh I was expecting that when the CVS games first came out
But I dunno I just don't think that the combos could be right with the exception of aerials
because they are two fighting games and it wouldnt be that exciting
I just think the fact that the Universes of Marvel and Capcom were so different
that's what made the games great and the combos killer.
Like if you placed Capcom and SNK characters together
there is no way you can excute a record breaking combo, that is unless they changed everyone's moves, if you notice the Shoryureppa in MVC and in CVS are totally different.
But it would be kinda fun just to crossover
not as exciting and MVC but it would be aight.
I tend not to like the SNK characters with a few exceptions (Athena, Nakaruru, Rock)
they make them take off so much energy.

Have you seen advanced players use A-groove in CVS2? Lots of combos can be done with that groove. Most of the Capcom characters in MVC2 had their supers editted to fit the Marvel theme and far more exaggerated such as Ryu's Shinkuu Hadouken and Chun Li's Kikou Shou.

Nope!
have any clips???
I dun think it will as exciting as MVC but I wanna see anyways.
I think the CVS is a bit more challenging than MVC because
sometimes in MVC some people just pick those monster teams
(Iron Man, Mega Man, Cable)

I've seen better A-groove Sakura players at school. A-groove Athena is pretty good as well.

Nice. If you're able to sell the disc, I'm sure you could recover at least 30% of what you paid for the complete copy.

I should be able to recoup 50-60% of what i spent. lol.
On another note, just sold 3 DS games on Amazon. They are, Trace Memory ($10), MarioKart DS ($24.50), and New Super Marios Bros ($20).
The only reason I am selling these DS games are (1 they aren't RPGs and (2 I bought the R4 to play homebrews on my DS. Only things left to sell are Sprung, Puyo Pop Fever and Totally Spies 2.

HAHA, gotta collect them RPGs. If you're into SRPGs give the new Shining Force game a try; I heard its pretty good. Have you played any RPGs for the DS?

oh I love the Shining Force games. But they are expensive also. I will get them again in the future. I want to get the GBA Shining Force games. I have Shining Force Neo on PS2. Haven't played it yet tho.
I have 3 DS RPGs. Final Fantasy III, Magical Starsign and Children of Mana. I have only played a bit of FFIII, and its ok, but I wish they hadn't gone 3d graphics. Eventually, I'll pick it back up and finish it. But Legend Of heroes II is my current game Im playing.

2D graphics for I-VI is always best. I'm sure other old school FF fans would very much agree and hate Sephiroth.

LOL. yup, the 2D graphics are the best. And although I wouldn't say I hate Sephiroth, he was just another final villian among all the others. It seems like the toss up is always between Kefka for the Old School people and Sephiroth for the "next" generation of gamers.
Picked up Shining Force EXA yesterday along with Brother in Arms but these are going to be the last purchases for video games in a LOOOONG time. I'm too backlogged to keep on buying games that won't get played until I finish my older ones.

Man that does suck, but like you said, at least it plays. Suikoden II is my favorite game ever also. I dont know what I would do if someone did that to mine. I'd prolly choke 'em.
