Right now I'm only playing Scions of Fate, which is a free Korean MMORPG. I only play for about an hour or two a day to pass the time. But once SC2 comes out... O_O GG TO SOCIAL LIFE.

I only play warcraft 3 custom map "Dota" right now. its the best!

not even going to lie. I try to play as much possible. Probably spend like 20-30 hours a week playing as too how i'm very competetive and hope to get into tournaments and such.

It's definately better being a hardcore gamer then going out and blowing money on everything. mainly food and for most people, clubbing. A bottle can really dig a whole in your pocket!

I would prefer hanging out though if I had the chance and/or don't need to spend $50+ dollars leaving my house. Everytime I go out, I intend to use $50-300 dollars a day/night which is pretty bad.

do you play on TDA or just pub games? the skill level b/w the two are completely different
i played one season of competitive dota in CAL and my team got ripped to shreds. we played some of the top teams in the country and they are on a completely different level. they practice together everyday playing scrims against other teams and come up with the most INSANE combos/strats.

I play leagues and TDA. TDA is alot easier to get a game though and I can lay back and have fun alot more fun. League's goal is to win. Same builts everytime. I scrim on weekends and yes we do mostly get raped but sometimes we dominate as well. It is because me and my friends have no teamwork though. I would rate myself pretty good. used to play TDA alot but now I'm in Korea so I mostly play USWest Lordaeron with KR folks.
it's so annoying playing with them though. they call heroes by wackass names like "La-Le" (Lighting Revenant) and "Moon-Ra" (Moon Rider)

Madden 2008 should be here today when I get home from work. Can't wait, sicne it's actually supposed to be good on 360 this year. I also played the Stranglehold demo on XBL, and that game is awesome. I can't wait until it drops, as I might just pick it up.

Damnit, don't tell me that... >_< I'm trying to keep from buying games as they come out. But these special packaging games are the ones I always buy, cuz they'll be worth more in the future. I'm already dropping another $60 in 2 weeks for Blue Dragon and maybe Stranglehold.. AGH!!!

i used to play dota way back in the days when i could hog all the glory. this whole 'team-game' concept ruined it for me. there's no skill involved in ganking. which is what all these "good" teams do nowadays. boooring~
