I have the U;nee album and I can tell you it was NOT plagarized. It was a cover for Sweetbox's version. The Sweetbox version came out about 6 months before U;nee's version.

I scanned the inner cover above. Notice they mention both the original title as well as crediting the original artist.
Although there are a few instances here and there where real plagarism takes place, for the most part the plagarism problem is blown WAY out of proportion. Remakes are perfectly legal because original artists are credited and compensated for and copyrights are respected. The majority of the accusations I've seen turn out to be official remakes/covers but people jump the gun and assume plagarism. It's probably cuz the songs were downloaded instead of purchased in which case you can easily verify if proper credits were given by looking at the CD booklet.

no wonder u;nee hasn't been seen lately
Naw... it's cuz her 2nd album just flat out sucked.

I loved her first album (which I recommend to anyone & which this song was a part of) cuz the songs were really good and she had a unique rapping style. Personally I think she IMPROVED on the original song "Don't Push Me" with her rapping style. Anyways, she then did a 180 and abandoned the style that made her so good in the first album. The result? ... an unoriginal, uninspiring 2nd album which no one should waste time listening to. When you compare her first and second album, you'd think it was two different artists which is a real shame cuz her first album was pretty good.
Oh and for the record, I like both songs but love U;nee's version more. The rap breakdown she does is better than Sweetbox's breakdown IMO. I also like the recording quality and instruments used in U;nee's version more.
