since I have never done this before, how do you make caps out of videos or music videos and what program do you use?

what i use it windows medai player.

open up windows media player.
go to tools>options
then click on the peformancetab.
go down to the video acceleration
drag the bar all the way to none and click ok.
if a message pops up just click ok.
then play your video. when you want to make a cap pause it.
then go to your keyboard.
there should be a button that says print scrn/sysRq. [its next to the f12 button]
press it.
then paste it to paint ot photoshop to crop it or what ever
and wolah its done.

use gomplayer ... it has options of taking captures - burst or single.

if you use BS Player, one of the easiest programs to use, then all you have to do is press Ctrl+P. Altho, first you should go to preferences and set which folder they go into.
