I recommend DVD Decrypter
Nowadays, DVD Decrypter alone won't do it. I highly recommend AnyDVD by Slysoft to work in conjunction with Decrypter. Decrypter will rip in File Mode & AnyDVD removes encryption (CSS) and region code (RPC) from DVDs while running in the background.
You can try it for free for 2 weeks I believe and afterwards, it's up to you should you want to use the program as it requires a purchase to be made. It does an elegant job of keeping the disc structure intact rather than brutally compromising DVD playback with some of today's free rippers.
