I bought the Verizon Wireless Tones Value Pack Credit so I can download 2 songs for $5.49. When I was gonna download a song by using the Value Pack Credit, it keeps on saying "Fatal Error; Error in installing ringtone. (306)" I tried it again a dozen times for like 3 days, and it keeps on saying that. Does anyone know how I can download the song?

Well, it sounds like it doesn't like your phone.
Best bet is to take it to one of those phone shops, probably the one you got it from, and ask them.
