my front page went to german, the language on the screen, the buttons everything. Does anyone noe how to reverse this?

That is extremely weird.
I didn't know Microsoft programs could change languages after it was installed.
Perhaps you could go to uninstall, and choose the configure or repair option to see if it could fix it up.
Otherwise im lost and would uninstall it completely and just reinstall.
