does anybody know where i can buy those..VCD...those Music Video..cds..dat people buy and put in there DVD players in there car...

For American ones you can find music DVDs pretty much anywhere they sell music CDs. Or you can make your own with DVD editing programs and editing the ones you download from the web. If you don't have a DVD editor, you probably can use the one that comes with Windows (assuming you have a Win based system) that comes with all Windows XP.
