Stupid Pointless parts in anime

I was watching this fighting anime. i forgot what its called but like there are a few girls who fight in it and they are like the STRONGEST. but whenever they fight the guy or girl that fights them ALWAYS hit them really hard first and there shirt rips T-T like ALWAYs in the beginning of the fight. but when the girl hits the guy there clothes dont rip or anything . i though that was just sooooo stupid. perverted writers haha

I think there was an entire season of Dragon Ball Z dedicated to one single fight...or maybe 2...or 3? lol...eitherway...that was about the time I stopped watching it...so I dunno if it whent all season, but it lasted forever...and the filler eps. in Inu-Yasha piss me off...and the 5 + eps. battle in the later parts of Naruto (and even the earlier)...but I like Naruto and Inu-Yasha still...

Maybe you're watching the adult-oriented ones?

Anyways I don't think it's pointless, because it adds variation. If everything were boring and linear with no "whoa" factor, it'd be pretty boring.

something pointless...i guess that would go to flashbacks of stuff we saw earlier in the series(a la naruto), recap episodes, and staring contests between characters. it's also weird when they show the same expression on every character's face(like when something shocking happens in bleach), albeit it does kinda make it more dramatic but it's still overkill.

it's kind of a lose-lose situation since if studios didn't employ the methods above, we get filler instead.

Pointless scenes? Oh man a lot. I'll name one. The long pausing scenes in Evangelion. They were pointless. You know what I mean. The scene when Rei and Asuka were in the elevator. Then this other scene where Shinji was looking at the eva. When these scenes happened they were still and you had to watch it for a long time.

the filler in Wolf's Rain was killer.

it's a shame because that was one of the few anime at the time that I followed every week. The filler in that series was amazingly long, as it stretched for several eps. Crushed my hopes and dreams.

I hate when they're in a battle and they talk talk talk talk talk for like 3 freakin episodes then they fight! At least in Sailor Moon, they only talk for 1 episode and use their sailor powers in the final episode.

the anime you're talking about is probably ikki tousen. so much fanservice in there. they also say some grimey stuff in there too.

lol tetra is probably going to download some episodes of it as soon as he reads this post

i guess you have to wait til you get a couple episodes into it. i didn't see it from the beginning so i don't know if the good stuff is in there or not. i think around episode 5 or 6 is where it starts getting good.

well there's girl on girl fighting, but i'm pretty sure that's not what you meant by action

it's mostly ripped shirts conveniently not ripped where the boobies are and panty shots
