When Pam was saying her speech I was thinking "Yeahhh!!" I'm glad she didn't just go away and cry or something, instead she just basically told everyone "You're all being asses and Jim, I want you to be my friend again." <3

I love the little moments we get with Creed LOL. When he caught the fish with his bare hand and ate it as was.

I liked the scene where Angela saw Andy floating in the water and she acted like she couldn't hear him. XD

You know I read on officetally.com that they filmed two versions of the ending because they weren't sure if Rashida was leaving or not for her new show. At first I speculated that Karen was geting the job and leaving too but I'm not so sure anymore. Gahh..I hope she doesn't..I actually like her but I do feel sorry for Pam. Sigh..I love this show.lol

You know I read on officetally.com that they filmed two versions of the ending because they weren't sure if Rashida was leaving or not for her new show. At first I speculated that Karen was geting the job and leaving too but I'm not so sure anymore. Gahh..I hope she doesn't..I actually like her but I do feel sorry for Pam. Sigh..I love this show.lol

Rashida's show didn't get picked up, so she's going to be staying on the Office. Actually, I'd prefer if she stays, especially after Pam's speech, because having her leave would be way too easy for the writers, plus it's kind of sitcomy to have her leave so conveniently and not on her own accord IF she breaks up with Jim.

Thanks for posting the link, Chillie. Pam's speech was great. It was cathartic to hear her spill out everything that we've seen her go through this year and I'm glad she walked away satisfied (that's what she said. ehh...) and not all "What the heck did I just do?" She knew exactly what she was doing and that made the speech all the more effective. And Jim's reaction! That was pretty awesome. Anyway, a great episode all around.

It's sort of random... hahaha. He claims that Toby's a wet blanket, even though Toby's always doing the right thing. Ahaha.

So much to talk about that I don't even know where to start. Hahaha.

I don't like how they turned Jan from the "corporate ice-queen" to the attention-craving bimbo.
... I wonder if they just padded her bra for those scenes? But I don't know. It seemed pretty real to me. o_o
Does that mean that Melora Hardin actually...? Or maybe they were always that size -- just not as noticable in her business suits.

Jam is back! ... but Jim and Karen are still together. I don't know. I like Karen because she's spunky and assertive without being aggressive, but she was sort of ragging on Jan when she was down. Pam is starting to be more assertive, too, but she's still pretty much in denial.

HAHA, I wonder if we'll see more Pam + Dwight action in Season 4... maybe they'll be friends? Ahaha.

Oh, and I guess those pictures of John Krasinski and Rashida Jones as a "couple" were just production shots for today's episode.

My heart was totally breaking for Pam during her last talking head, that is, until Jim came in I used to be neutral about Karen even despite my support of Jam, but this episode really showed her dark side. I mean, she was reveling in the scene that Jan was making, stabbed Michael in the back, and didn't even stay to support Jim. That does not a good girlfriend make.

Coming back to comment some more after my Jam haze wears off...if it ever will. "It's a date!!!!"
