I used to not really care about my appearance at all---i'd just go to school lookin like a freak with a shirt+jeans or something =P

Butttt now, I like to make myself look pleasant..
Eye-catching, but not dramatic.

I don't dress up every day but I do like to look nice. And I always do my hair and makeup because I never leave the house without at least mascara and lip gloss!

Honestly, I rather not ruin my nice clothes because of my classes. I am a bio/chem major and I always have lab everyday...Once, I got more than a dozen holes in my favorite jeans because of the toxic chemicals that i was dealing with.

So I just wear plain t-shirts and jeans...and of course, no make-up.

I got a lot more lazy and laid back once I got to college. I mean it's useless for me to dress up go to class for one hour and go back to the apt. I mean I love fashion and I do want to become a fashion designer, but since I'm not going to fashion school at the moment, I really don't mind. Not like I'll ever see those people in class after the semester is over. sigh.. high school = fashion mania.. college = comfy and lazy

To me, there's no point in dressing up for school. It's not like you're there to find a boyfriend/girlfriend...well, for me anyway. I just wear whatever's comfortable.

I just try to be comfortable because I have to walk a lot. I couldn't imagine wearing heels around campus; people are so laid back. I would feel self conscious if I looked really nice and people around me are just wearing jeans and a hoodie.

I voted sometimes. Sometimes I feel pretty, or want to look pretty, sometimes I don't care or just don't have the time.

And no, I don't tend to dress up more toward the beginning of the year. My more fashionable days are rather sporadic.

Mm..I used to dress nicely and do my hair most of the time when I was a biochem major, but now that I'm an art major with a lot of studio art classes, I hate risking ruining nice clothes. Nowadays I just go to class in some cargo shorts and a white tee. My hair's either spiked or hidden under a cap or beanie.

If I have time, I will and if I don't I bring my makeup to school and fix myself up in the bathroom. My campus is part-dorming and part-commuter so most of the time, people are all dressed up and ready to jet to work after class and a large part of the student body is made up of wealthy out of state/city kids but it's mainly the girls that get all dolled up clicking into the lecture halls with their Jimmy Choos and holding their class notes in one hand and their Dooney&Bourke Bags in the other so yea you kind of feel like you have to compete so you don't look like a total bum. In bad weather however, I can care less.

I'm always low maitenance. But that's because my hair is naturally straight so I don't even have to brush it in the morning. I don't style my hair. I don't wear makeup, or jewelry except for a necklace that I always wear. (Unless it's a special occasion). And my clothes are usually just jeans and a tshirt (or sweater, etc.)
