So I got lazy and fed up after each semester and didn't sell my textbooks... Which websites would you guys recommend using when I sell them?

Amazon ?

Half ?

Ebay ?

Thanks-

Try all and sell the books to whoever finds you first or pays the most.

I use Half.

Since you started a topic that is related to something i have a question in, I might as well ask it here.

Anyone else that uses half, does the 'pending' in the payment history mean that money have not been received from the buyer? I am hesitant to send out a package that i might not get the money for.

Yeah. It means you have not received the money as a seller.
You might want to contact the person who wants to buy the item and ask about it.

i`m lucky
at ucdavis
the students started a book selling program
you set your own price for your book
and usually ppl like make it close to the price the actual bookstore sells it for
but low enough its worth your while to buy from the program instead of the bookstore

for you,
i would go to the first lecture of the class
and ask around if anyone would buy your book.
i almost did that until i found out about the program lol

half and ebay usually require a small listing fee even if nobody buys the books.. i recommend using amazon.. Its very easy to use... u open a seller account, find the book, add ure book in the used books section, write a few descriptions about the book's condition and put down ure asking price.. the only downside is they take a few bucks from ure profit as commission if u do sell the book.. and usually u have 60 days to sell a book.. but listing is free at amazon.

If your college has a message board, you can sell via the message board and you could just meet up with the buyer somewhere
