... THIS SUMMER i struck by the GET HEALTHY SUMMER 2006 and lost around 5 lbs....

i lost 5 more lbs this summer, from 105 to 100
then nowadyas i gained 3 lbs..so i'm 103 now
so i guess overall, i did lose weight ><....like 2 lbs overall..sighs

but most of it was thanks to a week of depression
and not eating :x
although before that week i was running everyday except weekends
and is till run everyday except weekends
(unless i have other plans for that night..)
and from that week of depression i lost 7-8 pounds..
gained 3-4 back and then i think i re-lost 2-3 of it..
and i controlled what & when i ate of course..
but i've still got a longgg way to go till i reach my goal.
i'm 5"2 and my goal is 100-ish
although my weight does vary during the day.. the lowest i've been was 113.3lbs and i started at 120
geeeez, it's hard losing weight-- yet so easy to gain
