[Help] Can someone help me identify a song? All I know is that its Chinese... -_-

So..I burned a cd about a year ago and forgot who the artists were on it and I really like this song so I need to find out who it is.

Song on MU
Song on YSI

Some of the lyrics (the english part) is like

"I will find my way, I want a different way
After the wind and rain, there'll be a brand new day"
