My roommate was in a frat a pretty big party one too =p (pikes); you don't need to live at the houses... but you still need to do the frat stuff. Like the meetings, tests, pledges etc. he said it's a waste of time and gets in the way of his studying but he's the partier type so he likes the atmosphere =p being able to do drugs and not get in trouble.

mainstream frats are a bit costly... and i thought it was required for u to stay at the house if u were in a mainstream frat...

it's cheaper in asian frats (u don't have to stay at the house) but the pledging IS hardcore... and not many people make it through the whole thing....

definitely check out the rush events, that's when u get to know some of the brothers and figure out which one best fits u....

It was nice but now I'm in my hometown... :\ so it's boring >_<!~ but I can finally get some rest away from studying and stuff... I want to be in Seattle or something having fun.

Also, I just finished finals today and yes, I did get raped. What a near-disasterous quarter. Physics, for shame, and math 309, what a very, very disappointing way to end my final math class. LAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unlike me.... I all I have to look forward to tomorrow is a crap load of studying =(.... I can't wait for Wednesday to be over!!

^ well i heard the sorority housing and the dorms cost are really similar- so if they are- i suggest u go w/ the sorority housing. I heard it was much better than dorms =D

yeah just about i think... that's probably why i heard it was better than dorms...

i've never been to a mainstream frat house but i heard it was cool... they have their own cook and everything....

anyway... i was studying so i decided to take a nap.... who knew it would be so hard to get up after taking a one hour nap? it ended to up to be a 2 hr nap instead
