Definitely get on the creatine. You will get the "pump", be able to workout harder and increase recovery time. Load the first week (10-15g a day; most servings are 3-5g I'd just recommend 4 servings a day for the first week) and take 3-5g 3 times a week afterwards... Basically you saturate your creatine levels and it's all maintenance afterwards. Cycling off after 3 months for 1 month is up to you. Make sure you drinking TONS of water everyday too.
These are my current supplements:
Animal Pump (Creatine/Nitric Oxide product)
Animal Omega (Essential Fatty Acids; Omega 3-6-9)
Controlled Labs Orange Triad (Multivitamin; +joint/flex and immunization complex)
ON 100% Whey (Protein)
Other creatine products that I'd recommend if you don't want to take Animal Pump (all Animal products are in pills; the parent company Universal makes powders) would be:
Universal Storm
Controlled Labs Green Magnitude
BSN Cellmass (expensive though, buying brand name, works nevertheless)
Gaspari SizeOn

I did a lot of weight-lifting today. 2 1/2 hours worth working on every single muscle possible w/ all the new gym equipment. I feel sore, but not to the point where I can't raise my arms above my head (like before) and feel like I can go workout my entire body tomorrow again
click I used all those machines listed on the left. They used to kill me and I'd have to wait 2-3 days before using them again or i'd be killed. So I had to space out my upper-body and lower-body workouts so I can go everyday.

Awesome, it's worth it trust me.
2 1/2 hours of working out is alot... You're definitely in a catabolic state if you are in there that long. Your goal is to build endurance and explosiveness for tennis right? Honestly, I'd recommend a 3 day split and some HIIT. HIIT will increase explosiveness and is better than traditional cardio. Remember your body needs time to recover, 48 hours for all groups (exception would be abs). Don't hit the same muscles everyday.
Animal Omega is a Essential Fatty Acid supplement.
There are 3 main Omega-3 fatty acids... alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Once eaten, the body converts ALA to EPA and DHA, the two types of omega-3 fatty acids more readily used by the body. Extensive research indicates that omega-3 fatty acids reduce inflammation and help prevent risk factors associated with chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancer, and arthritis. These essential fatty acids are highly concentrated in the brain and appear to be particularly important for cognitive (brain memory and performance) and behavioral function. In fact, infants who do not get enough omega-3 fatty acids from their mothers during pregnancy are at risk for developing vision and nerve problems. So not only does this effect current bodybuilders but potential future bodybuilders as well!
Most Omega-6 fatty acids are consumed in the diet from vegetable oils as linoleic acid (which is not the same alpha-linolenic acid from Omega-3's). Linoleic acid is converted to gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) in the body and then further broken down to arachidonic acid (AA). Excess amounts of LA and AA are unhealthy because they promote inflammation, thereby leading to several of the diseases described above. In contrast, GLA may actually reduce inflammation. Much of the GLA taken as a supplement is not converted to AA, but rather to a substance called dihomogamma-linolenic acid (DGLA). DGLA competes with AA and prevents the negative inflammatory effects that AA would otherwise cause in the body. In addition, DGLA becomes part of a particular series of substances, called prostaglandins, that can reduce inflammation. Having adequate amounts of certain nutrients in the body (including magnesium, zinc, and vitamins C, B3, and B6) helps promote the conversion of GLA to DGLA rather than AA.
Omega 9 fatty acid is a monounsaturated fat that is also known as, oleic acid. Omega 9 is not technically an essential fatty acid because the body can produce a limited amount, provided the essential fatty acids, omega 3 and omega 6, are present. If your diet is low in these essential fatty acids, then your body can't produce enough omega 9. In that instance, omega 9 becomes an essential fatty acid because your body will need to get it from your diet.
It is important to maintain an appropriate balance of omega-3 and omega-6 (another essential fatty acid) in the diet, as these two substances work together to promote health. Omega-3 fatty acids help reduce inflammation, and most omega-6 fatty acids tend to promote inflammation. An inappropriate balance of these essential fatty acids contributes to the development of disease while a proper balance helps maintain and even improve health. A healthy diet should consist of roughly 2-4 times more omega-6 fatty acids than omega-3 fatty acids.
basically, they help significantly reduce cardiovascular diseases, promote healthy cholesterol while reducing bad cholesterol etc...
a little research post i did on bb.com lol, i even won a free can of it
