that happened to me too but the service at the time was so bad(its better now). THe lady called us while me and my friend were walking out and said "you didn't leave a tip" and we looked at her, looked at each other and then just left. lol, she didn't deserve one.

wow.. i've never been to thai tom but that seems a bit rude for them to force tip on u unless u're a party bigger than 6 people.... o_O....

OH and i have a question!!! is it best to put FIG in ur schedule or not???

^ i personally did not do a FIG because i heard it wasn't that great and a lot of my friends that did a FIG thought it was a waste of time.... i mean sure u get in a small group and u get to meet people... but sometimes the chances of u being friends with them after that course is over is slim.... well my cousin told me he sometimes see this other girl from his FIG at parties but that's about it.

if u decide to do a FIG, u should take at least 15 credits so u don't fall behind if u are transfering in without any credit. FIGs tend to be only 12 credits so it might be better to take another 3-5 credits to get sophomore standing by the end of the year.... it's up to u tho (plus i couldn't find a FIG that would fit all my interests..)
