[what the HUH]

So im becoming a junior this year and i registered for AP Comp Sci. the problem is, i never took Computer Programming (which is basically the basics to AP CompSci). Do you think that AP CompSci is manageable even though i never took Comp Programming?

just try to keep up. regular C++ is nothing compared to AP compsci and the ap class should reflect the 1st semester of a college course so it will be difficult a bit. maybe brush over some C++ (or is it java this yr?) over the summer, like ch. 1 or something of a book. never hurts to be prepared.
i took classes at the cisco academy w/out knowing anything about hardware...it was rly hard but a good experience and prepared me for classes ill take in college and beyond

I heard that AP CompSci at our school is VERY difficult o__o
even those "computer geniouses" have trouble in that class >__<

but I don't know for sure o__o

I think you'll be okay.
I took AP CS my freshman year (the counselors screwed up my schedule), and I managed to pull off an A... but I went to school 30 minutes early once in awhile to get mini tutorials from my teacher whenever I was lost/behind.

w/o taking any computer classes before?
ap comp sci is mostly programming
so get involved in java (i'm pretty sure it's java, C++ is for lower levels of computer programming)
but it's difficult class even for those who have taken computer classes before

At my school, there's no such thing as comp programming. I went straight into comp sci AP with no background. I did alright, I'm sure I would've done better if I actually listened in class.
