has anyone tried using this before? does it really work?
i installed it 2 days ago, and right now it said i saved 41.7 minutes compared to not having it.
wonder if it's true or just not working...

It's just like any other accelerator out there, it preloads the links on the page you're viewing directly into your cache, so when you click on a link, it "loads" more quickly.
Personally, since I use FireFox, you might want to try the FasterFox extension/plugin. It's great for accelerating browsing.
