um theres this virus in my computer and on my avg anti virus, it says "file boot.inx" "result/infection virus found downloader.Tibs" and when im trying to heal it, it wont! its says it cant or something like that

there is no delete option? the file "boot.inx" is not a system file
... yeah ^^

how do put in safemode?
and no, i cant delete it, i cant heal and i cant move it to the virus vault!

when you turn on the computer, keep pressing F8 until you see the options pop up on the screen. One of the options is to boot into safemode. It doesn't matter if you pick "boot into safemode with network connections" (which means safemode with internet thru cable/dsl) or one of the other safemode options. If you don't see the options but instead see the Windows loading screen, then that means you weren't pressing F8 early enough.
Once you're in safemode, scan your computer for viruses. Safemode loads only the bare minimal software so hopefully Windows did not also load the virus [which is the reason why you cannot delete this particular virus in normal windows]. The virus is already loaded up in memory, running and preventing you from deleting it. Safemode allows you the chance to get rid of most stubborn viruses before they get a chance to auto-load themselves into memory and run havoc on your computer. You may want to run a spyware scanner too while you're at it.
