I got a 240$ phone from my cousin who sells phones. I actually haven't paid him for it yet. I've had the phone for around 3-4 months. It is a SGH-E738 if you google it it hasn't come out in America yet. There are a few stratches and stuff but it's fine. The problem is I don't like the phone. The MP3 program won't work on my computer. The camera sucks. The battery life is mad short. I really don't need the radio either. What should I do? I haven't paid him for the phone yet and it has a few stracthes so I don't really think I can return it to him without paying. The phone is worth around 300 U.S. dollars in HK.

u got jipped. i had a E730, the only difference is mine came from europe and yours is from HK. I only paid 200.

Sell it yourself (on ebay, craigslist) and get another phone? Regardless, you still have to pay him for it though. So I guess you just have to count your losses.
