Like the title says.
I don't know why but all of the sudden my laptop started getting horrible signal. It either doesn't connect to the internet anymore or get's very low signal. Anyone know how I can fix this? Like maybe make some configurations?
My main concern is the connections I get. Usually I get NETGEAR and linksys and a couple others, but now I'm not getting NETGEAR at all. That was my main source. Linksys I still have, but the connections are not consistent. Sometimes it's okay and sometimes not so much. Thanks so much to anyone who can help me!

So if I understand this, you probably don't have a wireless router (a small box with antennas that plugs into a cable/dsl modem.). And I'm also assuming you don't have an ISP. (AKA no one pays for internet in your household)
If so, the owner of that wireless network probably shut it down or hid it from public view. There's nothign you can really do about the situation besides getting an ISP and a wireless modem.
If and when you do get an Internet Service Provider (ISP) and a wireless router, make a post here on the forums and we'd be glad to help you set it up and protect it from intruders =)
